Administrative Services Coordinator

1. Manage all administrative functions, payment of invoices and purchases, over seeing issuing of Contracts and Specifications to bidding contractors and business.
2. Manage issuance of Land Disturbance Permits, Alcohol Affidavits for verifying of legal distances from churches and schools within the city limits.
3. Assist with customer services as needed.
4. Manages all Service Request.
