  1. Oversees the up-dates and maintenance of CAD (Computer Aided Drafting), GIS (Geographical Information System), GPS (Global Positioning System), Web Cast Software and the WinCAM System (underground Camera System) .
  2. Creates, Updates, and maintains Data bases Software for Engineering Office.
  3. Creates CAD, GIS, and Graphic drawings and assist in design needs for the Engineering Office, and other various city departments, as well as request from other Government Agencies and local business as needed.
