Permit Applications

Once you have properly registered your company with the Department of Inspection and Fees, you may fill in the assidavit, print, sign and fax the completed form to 478-751-7268.

Trade permits can be filled in, printed, signed and faxed according to the Bureau's Fax Policy.

General Contractor and Building Permits are never eligible to fax but can be completed in the attached form(s), printed, signed and delivered by the contractor to The Department of Inspection and Fee at 682 Cherry St; Suite 500.

Office hours are:
8:00 am to 5 pm

Permits are sold between the hours of:
8:30 am to 4:30 pm
