Public Good

By law, The Department of Inspection and Fees can not charge permit fees for certain projects. These include but are not limited to the Bibb County Board of Education and certain governmental agency projects.

The value of these projects, and resulting fees that are waived, are considered public good projects and are reported below for the Fiscal Years indicated.

Even though permit fees are not collected, these projects are subject to plan review and inspections like any other project.
