Management Services - Erica Jackson, Director (478) 803-2330

The Management Services (MS) Division of the Macon Police Department consists of Emergency 911 Communications, Central Records, Crime Analysis, Accreditation, and Animal Control. MS is a critical link in the Macon PD law enforcement chain. The 911 Call Center fields over one-hundred thousands calls annually, providing rapid response during crimes or crisis. The police department and the public count on Central Records and Crime Analysis for the accurate and timely preparation and entry of reports, and for the distribution of critical crime data. The Accreditation Unit ensure the department's compliance with over 300 standards.

Animal Control cares for dogs and cats under difficult circumstances. The goal is to spay or neuter - and then to find homes for animals who desperately want and need a home.

Many animal lovers and first-time pet owners are ardent fans of shelter dogs and cats. Why buy a dog or cat for hundreds of dollars when adorable, loving dogs, cats, puppies and kittens are available at Macon Animal Control for only $75? The $75 includes spaying, neutering, first shots, and de-worming.

Find a friend - and save the life of an animal.
